By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
1.1. To access the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
1.3. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by sub-users or employees added to your organization’s dashboard.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICE
2.1. Trade Solutions provides a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system designed to manage inventory, sales, warehouses, and customer relationships.
2.2. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue certain features of the Service to improve performance or security.
3. USER DATA & PRIVACY
3.1. Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership of the data you enter into the Service (e.g., customer lists, stock levels, pricing).
3.2. License to Host: You grant Trade Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
3.3. Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
* Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
* Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the integrity of the platform.
* Input any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
* Resell the Service to third parties without express written consent.
5. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS
5.1. Fees: Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user.

All software, designs, logos, and trademarks associated with Trade Solutions are the exclusive property of Trade Solutions. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content you access.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
7.2. No Guarantee of Profit: Trade Solutions does not guarantee that the use of the Service will result in increased sales or business success.
7.3. Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the platform.
8. TERMINATION
8.1. You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings.
8.2. Trade Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your account remains inactive for an extended period.
8.3. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. It is your responsibility to export your data prior to cancellation.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Trade Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email address associated with their account or through a notification on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trade Solutions is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
